The MCML at the All Hands Meeting 2023 in Berlin
The MCML took part in the All Hands Meeting 2023 together with the other German AI Competence Centers
On October 9 and 10, the All Hands Meeting 2023 of the German AI competence centers (BIFOLD, ScaDS.ai, Lamarr Institute, Tübingen AI Center, DFKI and MCML) took place in Berlin.
As one of a total of five university competence centers, the MCML accepted the invitation to Berlin to present and exchange current research results on the EUREF campus and to discuss them afterwards.
The event was a success all along the line. It is important to see that Germany is doing AI research from top level and that the state wants to promote and advance this fact. We thank all participants and especially BIFOLD for organizing this great event.
We are looking forward to next year!

Besides the research of the other centers, especially the panel discussions were interesting and fruitful.
PStS Mario Brandenburg opened with his speech a discussion on how products of AI research also change the transfer from research to application. This was followed by other panels, for example on the importance of trustworthy AI.
