MCML Junior Member Pedro Tomaz da Silva, PhD student in the group of our PI Julien Gagneur, and his co-authors have received the ISBM 2024 Best RegSys Poster Award for their poster "DNA language models reveal the architecture of nucleotide dependencies in genomes".
