Nikita Araslanov Receives Prestigious Emmy Noether Grant

Award Supports Establishment of Independent AI Research Group

MCML Junior Member Nikita Araslanov has been awarded a prestigious Emmy Noether Grant by the German Research Foundation (DFG).

The grant will support Nikita in establishing his independent research group at TUM, focusing on methods of Artificial Intelligence. The group is expected to launch by end of 2026 / early 2027, with PhD openings to be announced in due course.

Emmy Noether Grants are competitive funding awards that help early-career researchers start their own research groups and carry out independent projects.
