Girls' Day 2026
Exploring AI in Everyday Life
As part of this year’s Girls’ Day, we were excited to welcome a group of curious and motivated students to our workshop.
The program included:
- Hands-on workshops exploring how AI makes decisions
- Experiments with chatbots, images, and generative AI tools
- Discussions on fairness, responsibility, and real-world impact
Throughout the day, participants didn’t just learn about AI — they experienced it firsthand. From understanding how AI systems work to questioning their limitations, the workshops encouraged curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
The goal was empowering young participants to confidently use AI, reflect on its impact, and actively shape the future of technology.
A big thank you to all speakers and contributors who made this day possible:
Jana Grimm, Fiona Katharina E., Julia Inthorn, Paula Mertens, Nina Rodriguez, Samira Landgraf, Philipp Mehl, Lina Felsner, Magdalena Wysocki, Michelle Schlicher, and Anika Spiesberger.
