Industry Pitch Talks Recap

With the Munich Re Community

A group of our Junior Members visited Munich Re for the Latest Edition of Pitchtalks with Industry. We had the pleasure of visiting Munich Re for another edition of MCML’s Pitchtalks with Industry.

This time, our researchers — Udo Schlegel, Sarah Ball, Sikuan Yan, Jiazhen Pan, and Patrick Kolpaczki — presented insights into their current projects, covering topics such as LLM jailbreaks, Generative AI, Time Series Explainability, Game-Theoretic Methods, and more.

Dr. Sebastian Kaiser welcomed our group and provided an engaging overview of Munich Re’s work in Data Analytics as well as its AI and ML initiatives.

We extend our sincere thanks to Andreas Bayerstadler and his team for the invitation and the inspiring exchange.

We look forward to deepening our collaboration in the future.
