Michael Ingrisch Receives DRG Wachsmann Innovation Award

MCML PI Michael Ingrisch has received the Wachsmann Innovation Award 2025 from the German Radiological Society (DRG). The award recognizes outstanding projects that advance innovation in radiological education, training, and clinical practice.

Ingrisch was honored as part of the interdisciplinary team behind the additional qualification program Artificial Intelligence (Q1). The initiative equips radiologists and other healthcare professionals with the knowledge and practical skills needed to apply AI responsibly and effectively in clinical practice, fostering the safe integration of AI into modern medical imaging.
