MCML Workshop on Reproducibility and Scientific Computing

Organized by Our Transfer Coordinators Moritz Herrmann and Martin Binder

   25.09.2024 - 01.10.2024

   LMU Munich, tba

Join us for an intensive 5-day workshop on computational reproducibility and scientific computing organized by the MCML.

Each day runs from approximately 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting with lecture-style sessions in the morning. After a lunch break, most afternoons will be dedicated to hands-on tutorials, where you can apply the concepts learned in the morning sessions.

This workshop is designed to provide a balanced mix of theoretical background and practical skills, ensuring you gain a thorough understanding of key topics, including writing reproducible manuscripts for small-scale data analysis projects, high-performance computing (HPC) for large-scale projects, packaging and software development.

Organized by:

Moritz Herrmann MCML Reproducibility and Open Science Transfer Coordinator

Martin Binder MCML Open Source and Open Data Transfer Coordinator
