The MCML, in collaboration with the appliedAI Institute for Europe gGmbH, the Liquid Legal Institute e.V., and the TUM Think Tank, presents a three-part event series on Trustworthy AI.
The second event, "Main legal challenges", addresses the implementation of the new provisions of the EU AI Act from a legal perspective. Four experienced practitioners will deliver keynote talks:
Industry perspective by Martina Seidl, Giesecke+Devrient (G+D)
Law firm perspective by Marieke Merkle, Noerr Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB
Academic perspective by Prof. Dr. Boris Paal, Professor at Technical University of Munich
Public sector / justicial perspective by Dr. Sebastian Dötterl, Bavarian Ministry of Justice
One more event will follow in July.
