The ChatGPT AI model is currently causing a lot of discussion and many people are asking themselves these questions. Many students and teachers do not know exactly where developments such as chatGPT will lead. What opportunities and challenges do such developments in artificial intelligence mean for educational institutions?

Experts from various disciplines at LMU would like to contribute to this discourse, including our PIs Frauke Kreuter, Hinrich Schütze, and Albrecht Schmidt. At the event, they will present what the AI model can currently do and what developments can be expected. Possible effects on teaching and learning will then be discussed from various specialist perspectives.
