Fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at MCML

At MCML, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive research environment. We believe that diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds are essential for scientific excellence and innovation.

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Officials

The DEI Officials support the MCML and its members and are a link between the MCML and the other German AI Competence Centers. Their role includes attending regular meetings with the DEI Officials of the other centers and organizing activities within the MCML.

Our Diversity Representatives

The Diversity Representatives serve as a link between the MCML Directors and Management Team and the large cohort of members within MCML. They are elected to three-year terms by our members. Their role includes attending quarterly meetings with the MCML Directors, organizing activities and networking opportunites for the members, and serving as a sounding board for any members who need support.
