MCML builds on long-standing collaborations between LMU Munich, TUM, and industry partners. Located in Munich’s strong economic and innovation ecosystem, the center actively promotes research-based cooperation with companies ranging from large enterprises to small and medium-sized businesses.

Ways to Work With MCML

MCML offers various formats of cooperation, including joint research projects with its research groups and industry internships for PhD students. In addition, MCML organizes exchange formats such as industry-focused events like workshops and Pitch Talks with Industry to facilitate dialogue between researchers and practitioners.

MCML Industry Internship Program

MCML’s Industry Internship Program enables PhD students to gain first-hand experience in industry environments, while companies benefit from access to highly qualified AI talent. The program supports knowledge exchange, career development, and long-term cooperation between academia and industry.
