INTERpretability Workshop
INTERACT #2
23.09.2024 - 26.09.2024
Leibniz Institute for Prevention Research and Epidemiology – BIPS, Achterstr. 30, Bremen, Room 1550
The upcoming three-day INTERACT workshop on Interpretable Machine Learning (IML) builds upon the success of last year’s inaugural workshop. Originally initiated to strengthen collaboration between research groups from LMU Munich and BIPS, as well as participants of the IML journal club, the workshop has since expanded to include researchers from other research institutes: HWR Berlin, Leibniz-Institute ATB, Norwegian Computing Center, Trinity College Dublin, University of Bielefeld, University of Tübingen, and University of Warsaw.
The event will bring together doctoral students, postdocs, and professors, all working within the IML field, to deepen their understanding of each other’s research, explore potential collaborations, and develop new project ideas. It aims to enhance the network further, integrate new perspectives and methods into ongoing doctoral projects, and foster continued academic growth.
The workshop is co-organized by MCML Director Bernd Bischl and his team.
