Cerebras Workshop at LRZ
Transform Your Research With WSE2
25.07.2024
9:00 am - 4:15 pm
Leibniz Supercomputing Centre (LRZ), Garching
This special event for all MCML researchers will showcase the upgraded Cerebras CS-2 system now available at LRZ and unveil its new operational model.
The Cerebras CS-2 is a specific AI system built around the world's largest chip, the Wafer Scale Engine (WSE). It contains 850,000 AI-optimized cores and 40 GB of on-chip memory (SRAM) and achieves outstanding performance for deep learning workloads, delivering cluster-scale compute power in a single system.
This workshop is a prime opportunity to delve into the advanced machine-learning capabilities offered by Cerebras and explore how the upgraded CS-2 can significantly enhance your research projects. Led by expert engineers from Cerebras, this workshop promises firsthand insights and expertise on the CS-2 system. In addition, this event will also explore using the CS-2 machine in general high-performance computing (HPC) projects, showcasing its wide range of research applications.
