Workshop on Advances in Autonomous and Robot-Assisted Medical Imaging Systems

Medical imaging plays a vital role in modern clinical practice, providing valuable information for diagnosis and image-guided procedures. This workshop focuses on the latest advances in robot-assisted medical imaging, including autonomous imaging systems powered by machine learning.

Bringing together leading researchers, clinicians, and industry experts, the workshop will cover topics such as robotic ultrasound, CT imaging, laparoscopy, capsule endoscopy, and image-guided interventions. Beyond technical innovation, discussions will also address key challenges like ethical considerations and clinical adoption.

The workshop is co-organized by MCML PI Nassir Navab and Junior Member Yuan Bi.

The application deadline is 13 April 2026.
