At the Open Lab Day 2025 on December 10th at the Center for Virtual Reality and Visualization (V2C) of the Leibniz Rechenzentrum (LRZ), the focus is on the presentation of projects by LMU and TUM students under the motto “Linked Dimensions”.
During an internship, the students gained experience in the development of interactive VR applications, such as the CAVE at the LRZ, and implemented them themselves from the idea to the finished application. Various projects demonstrate their creative and technical skills in virtual reality.
Visitors have the opportunity to experience the VR projects on site and speak to experts in the field of VR. In addition, tours of the supercomputer SuperMUC-NG are offered.
