Workshop
User – Market – Product Fit
Essentials Workshop
08.12.2025
9:00 am - 5:30 pm
LMU Munich, IEC Space
In this Workshop, participants learn how to uncover real user needs using Design Thinking methods such as empathy building, problem exploration, and rapid testing. They translate these insights into clear user and buyer personas and validate whether their idea offers a true value proposition. Building on this foundation, participants assess their market potential by applying the TAM– SAM–SOM framework, exploring multiple applications, and identifying their most promising target segments. By the end, participants understand both the user problem and the market landscape — enabling them to shape customer-centric innovations with real-world opportunity.
