ACM Conference EAAMO 2026

The sixth ACM Conference on Equity and Access in Algorithms, Mechanisms, and Optimization (EAAMO 2026) will take place from November 5 to 7, 2026, at LMU Munich. MCML is a sponsor of the conference, which brings together researchers from computer science, economics, operations research, law, sociology, and related fields to examine how algorithmic systems can improve equity and access to opportunity.

The conference provides an interdisciplinary forum for research spanning artificial intelligence and machine learning, mechanism design, optimization, human-computer interaction, and the social sciences. Topics include algorithmic fairness and evaluation, uncertainty and safety, privacy, data governance, human-AI interaction, and the societal and policy implications of algorithmic systems.

ACM EAAMO 2026 aims to bridge research and practice through research papers, problem pitches, survey and position papers, datasets, and software demonstrations. The program will bring together academics, policymakers, civic organizations, industry participants, and students to discuss challenges related to underserved communities and the equitable development and use of technology.

The conference will be held at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) from November 5–7, 2026. The conference also offers virtual participation, with selected keynote talks and paper presentations available online.
