We are happy to announce that this year’s event will host the Netherlands, with two invited keynotes from Academia (Arjen P. de Vries, Radboud University Nijmegen, https://informagus.nl) and Industry (Edgar Meij, Bloomberg, https://edgar.meij.pro).
The target group includes researchers and practitioners who are interested in developing, applying, and analyzing information retrieval systems as well as application scenarios. The workshop is also a great and affordable platform for young researchers to present their work to a larger group of researchers and get valuable feedback. Doctorate and Master students are especially encouraged to participate and discuss their ideas with world-renowned experts.
Page limits are excluding references.
Submissions are welcome in English and German. They have to use the official CEUR-ART 1-column style. An Overleaf page for LaTeX users is available at https://www.overleaf.com/read/sxqkrwncfrhg. The papers should be submitted as PDF files to EasyChair https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=lwda2021.
All submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers. The proceedings will be published at http://ceur-ws.org/ and indexed within DBLP. All workshop participants have to register for the LWDA 2021 conference. We would like to make the workshop a lively discussion forum and we will therefore ask authors and reviewers to outline main questions to be discussed before the actual workshop.
Please note that all deadlines are AoE (Anywhere on Earth).
